Enrolling a Fresher

The Ministry of Education announces the start of second chance enrolment for first grade pupils on Saturday 20/8/2011 until Sunday 28/8/2012.

NB. Parentsare requested to go to schools directly where other parents in (Muscat-Al-Buraimi- Southern Batinah) regions are asked to register their children online using theiruser name and password.

Enrolling fresher - grade one through the portal.

NB. The registration in the portal depends on whether a parent has already listed as a member in the system or not; those who already have registered children in the system differ as to those who did not have registered children before.

First: Parents already registered in the system.

After you log on to the Sultanate of Oman Educational Portal  www.moe.gov.om ,   make the following steps:

1. workflow
2. New operations 
3. Register Student in public school

 When you open data page to be filled, carry out these steps:

1. Fill in all required data in all pages.
2. Select the academic year (current or forthcoming) and school name.
3. Attach the necessary official documents (birth certificate).

In case you forgot your password go to forgot password feature on the portal or you can contact the education directory in the region.

If you don’t have registered children at schools (first child) then,Go to the Portal webpage and click on this link  applicationsfrom parents at the horizontal tools bar and apply for new code, register new student.
