1 ? All educational districts as its schools students more than (80) classified into nine categories:
- Category (a) (2) School of boys/girls schools of General Education grades (10-12).
- Category (b) (2) School of boys/girls schools of General education grades (1-9)
- Category (c) (2) School of boys/girls Basic Education School grades (5-10)
- Category (d) (1) School of Basic Education grades (1-4).
- Category (e) (2) School of boys/girls in remote areas whatever their stage or the number of classes.

- Total schools evaluated in each areas (9) schools multiplied by the number of areas (9 ? 11 = 99) schools in the Sultanate.

2 ? drafting in the morning of assessment day as follows:
The first day: school of category (e) 2 schools.
The second day : schools of category (b) 2 School + category (d) (1school) =3schools.
The third day : schools of category (a) boys + schools category (c) girls.
The Fourth Day : schools of category (a) girls + schools category (c) boys.
