Students' Administration board evaluated as follows:
? At the welcoming reception of the monitoring and evaluation committee at the
entrance of the school or at the office of the director of the school by the
group representatives.
? Introduce the board members of students' administration, then presenting the
committee with a brief introduction about the school agenda at the director
office, handover the monitoring and evaluation program of the visit.
? The head of the board of Students? Administrative board invite the committee
to meet the rest of the members and the heads of student co-curricular
activities and classes boards for a dialogue about the activities and events
that have been implemented to carry out the competition goals within (40)
minutes in a room prepared for this purpose.
The members of the students' administrative board to be set in following schema:
Head of the department introduces himself, then the other members successively.
The Students board present briefs about: -
? The process of formation and elections of the Students? Administration board,
the classes? boards and co-curricular activities boards.
? The role of these groups in the preparation of activities plans, approval and
implementation follow-up.
? Highlight the work carried out by groups of activities and boards of classes
and the other groups in the implementation of school activities and events
related to the competition.
? An oral presentation by the students themselves, without using paper or
computer equipment in order to measure how students understand and internalize
those activities that have been implemented to serve the competition and review
pupils presentation skills.
The seminars and lectures sponsored by the student to be documented on tapes and
management reports and pictures are presented in the meeting. The meeting with
the Students' administration board designed to measure the accuracy of the
organization - skills in speech rhetoric - skill of roles distribution -
widening of the amount of participation among students - the coverage of all
events and activities - self-esteem ? their time management ability.
